In this level a type of park is introduced.Goals: Playpark blueprint, 1 play park, +30 appeal rating.Build 4 farmhouses and upgrade them to three-star and paint them to get each home +5 appeal rating and $3,450 rental income.I choose “low ball” for the cheapest price, but before clicking “low ball” you must sell your two empty lots so “low ball” can be accepted. When there is a sale for an empty lot, you can buy it or “offer less” or”low ball” to get cheaper price. You have 3 empty lots here, so you need 1 more to reach the goals.Goals: 3 farmhouses, 4 painted houses, +20 appeal rating, rent $7,000.At least upgrade 2 farmhouses and 1 bungalows to three-star.Buy the blueprint first and after building the houses upgrade them to three-star.Goals: Farmhouse blueprint, 2 farmhouses, 2 bungalows, $7,000 rental income.

To get $115,000 cash you must sell ALL your property.

Goals: Construct 2 houses, sell 2 houses, $115,000 cash.

At least build/buy 1 farmhouse and 1 bungalow and upgrade them to three-star to get $4,000 rental income because a farmhouse with three-star upgrade worth $3,300 rental income!.

Goals: Buy 2 houses, $4,000 rental income.

You must buy another blue print in the following level. In this level you only need to build 2 bungalow, because that’s the only blueprint you get for free. There is 6 type of houses you can build in your empty lot, they are:Įach of them has blueprint and certain amount of material and worker in order to build it.
